At 4moms, I led eCommerce initiatives that drove a 57% increase in online sales. I provided leadership with in-depth website analytics, optimized the checkout experience with a streamlined one-page process and Affirm integration, and spearheaded digital promotions and product launches. Additionally, I managed digital marketing efforts across paid search, affiliate marketing, and retargeting while overseeing email communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Listrak. I also evaluated and implemented key technologies, including Monetate for A/B testing, TurnTo for ratings and reviews, and LiveChat for enhanced customer engagement.
I spearheaded high-impact promotional campaigns for 4moms.com, strategically aligning sales with key holidays to maximize revenue. The Mother’s Day Sale coincided with a high-profile feature on The Ellen Show, further amplifying brand visibility and sales performance. Notable successes included an Anniversary Sale that drove a 60% year-over-year revenue increase and a Valentine’s Day promotion that contributed to 46% growth. Our Black Friday and holiday campaigns exceeded plan goals, delivering a 49% revenue lift.
As a leader in innovative baby products, we launched several groundbreaking products. I led the direct-to-consumer execution for 4moms.com and managed all consumer email communications for two major launches: the world’s first self-installing car seat and the moxi™ stroller, which featured advanced capabilities like built-in phone charging.
To coincide with the mamaRoo4 launch, we updated our website to highlight Project4, a cause marketing initiative that donated 4% of mamaRoo4 sales to Project Sweet Peas, a nonprofit supporting NICU babies.
I was responsible for managing all email campaigns for 4moms, including segmenting email lists, executing campaigns, and reporting on results. Through these efforts, we grew our active email subscriber base by 225%.

In an effort to improve customer services options I partnered with our Customer Care team to introduce live chat functionality on the website. I managed this project from requirements gathering, through vendor evaluation and selection, platform training, implementation and launch.
