As an Emerging Media Manager at Progressive Insurance, I led a $15M media strategy focused on mobile, gaming, social, and content marketing to drive customer acquisition. I spearheaded high-value partnerships with industry leaders like Electronic Arts and Zynga, integrating Progressive into web, mobile, and console experiences. I optimized campaign effectiveness and performance reporting by leveraging insights from research firms such as comScore and InsightExpress. Additionally, I managed the development of custom-branded games and directed media efforts for the Snapshot usage-based insurance product. I represented Progressive at premier industry events, including CES and E3, and strategic summits with Amazon, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Twitter.
Managed the relationship and process for a custom integration within Zynga’s popular mobile game What’s The Phrase to convey Progressive’s bundling message, enhancing brand engagement through interactive gameplay. Conducted a visitation study with ComScore to measure the integration’s impact on website traffic and consumer engagement.
Managed the relationship and process for a custom integration within EA’s popular mobile game Tetris Blitz to deliver Progressive’s discount message, enhancing brand engagement through interactive gameplay. Utilized an InsightExpress study to measure consumer response and assess the effectiveness of the campaign.
Managed the relationship and process for a custom web-only integration within EA’s popular game Solitaire Blitz. This initiative introduced the Progressive brand to users in a fun and engaging way, driving increased brand awareness. Used an InsightExpress study to measure consumer response and assess campaign effectiveness.
Managed the relationship and process for a cross-platform custom integration within Zynga’s popular mobile game Castleville Legends, bringing Progressive’s brand icon Flo to life in-game to boost brand awareness. Utilized ComScore to measure the impact on consumer engagement and brand recognition across platforms.
Managed the strategy and execution of a custom HTML5 game, designed for cross-platform play, launched in conjunction with our “Heist” campaign. Served as the primary project manager, collaborating with our 3rd party vendor and internal brand and IT teams. Additionally, implemented a brand impact survey to evaluate the campaign’s effectiveness and consumer response.
